Marquez Causes Stir in MotoGP Germany 2023 with Collision

An eventful day at the MotoGP Germany 2023 awaits race enthusiasts, amidst a surprising turn of events from the Repsol Honda team’s Marc Marquez in the second free practice session at the Sachsensring Circuit. Marquez made headlines by colliding with Pramac Racing rider Johann Zarco as he exited the pit lane.

Marquez’s mismanaged steering caused Zarco’s bike to split in half at the first turn of the circuit. Instead of tending to the aftermath of the incident, Marquez immediately fled off to his team’s garage, leaving Zarco lying at the roadside. After the race, Marquez visited Zarco to inquire about his condition.

Fortunately, the two riders did not suffer any serious injuries. However, Zarco expressed his disappointment in Marquez’s actions. He felt that Marquez should have taken accountability for the collision rather than taking it lightly and quickly leaving the scene.

Marquez, on the other hand, put the blame on Zarco, arguing that he should have been more cautious while exiting the pit lane. Despite their conflicting viewpoints, Zarco did not hold a grudge against Marquez because he did not sustain any severe injuries.

In any case, all eyes are on Marquez to see if he can recover from the incident in the second day of MotoGP Germany 2023. Will there be more surprises in store?
